Job Overview
Amplify People is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts from initial client engagement through successful candidate placement. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to clients while continuing to be a trusted advisor to top-tier technical talent in the AV and technology space. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including client communication, role intake, sourcing, candidate engagement, and successful delivery. This is a high-impact role for a relationship-driven professional with a strong background in agency recruiting, technical roles, and a passion for making meaningful matches that elevate both clients and candidates.Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs, company culture, and long-term talent goals
- Conduct client intake meetings and craft compelling job descriptions aligned with the role and culture
- Develop customized sourcing strategies to identify and attract top AV and technical talent across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Screen candidates for technical skills, relevant experience, and cultural fit
- Manage all aspects of candidate communication, from interview coordination and prep to feedback and offer support
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring clear and timely updates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver seamless client and candidate experiences
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and contribute to reporting and metrics tracking
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market data to guide recruitment strategies
- Foster a growing referral network and contribute to Amplify People’s talent community
Qualifications
- Five or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success in AV, low voltage, Construction, HVAC, or technical recruiting preferred
- Strong ability to build long-term candidate relationships
- Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up and communication skills
- Passion for candidate engagement and talent acquisition
